1.3 Scope of Services
Moto Harley provides short-term rental services for vehicles, including scooters, motorcycles, bicycles, and cars, subject to availability and the terms outlined herein.
2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 Booking Process
Reservations can be made online or in person. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Moto Harley and, where applicable, payment or deposit.
2.2 Payment Methods
Payments can be made via credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway provided by Eurobank (Worldline).
During the payment process, customers are redirected to the secure environment of the payment provider, where all transaction details are processed in accordance with industry security standards (including SSL encryption and Strong Customer Authentication where applicable).
Moto Harley does not store or have access to customers’ card details at any stage of the transaction.
In some cases, alternative payment methods (such as cash payment upon arrival) may be accepted, subject to availability and prior agreement.
2.3 Pricing & Charges
All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for optional extras, late returns, fuel discrepancies, damages, or special requests.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the rental may be subject to a partial charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the rental start time are non-refundable.
3.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
No refunds are provided for:
- Early returns
- Unused rental time
- No-shows
- Violations of rental terms
3.3 No-show Policy
Failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice will result in full charge of the booking amount.
4. Rental Terms
All rentals are subject to the Rental Terms, which form an integral part of this agreement. By completing a booking, the customer agrees to comply with all conditions described therein.
